It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of Winnifred “Winnie” Kunzler who left us peacefully on the wings of a dove in the early morning hours of May 2, 2025.  She passed away knowing how much she was loved by the people around her.

Winnie was born on August 10, 1942 in London Ontario.  She was predeceased by her loving partner Roger Heatherington in 2017.

She will be greatly missed by many, including her three children; John Kunzler (Melinda), Robert Kunzler (Lisa) and Kathy Kunzler (Jamie), nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her children’s father, John Kunzler in 1988 as well as eight of her thirteen brothers and sisters.  She will be remembered by her siblings Rosetta, David, Hugh, Mary and Debra as well as many nieces and nephews.

Winnie was a firecracker who loved her nights out doing karaoke.  Her quick wit and genuine sense of humor will be greatly missed.  A private interment has taken place at Rodney Cemetery.
