Peter James Foxcroft in his 85th year, dearest husband of Laurene (Shute) Foxcroft after 63 years together passed away peacefully at Blenheim Community Village on Saturday August 7, 2021. Peter will be remembered by his children Craig (Lisa) Foxcroft and Brent (Sherry) Foxcroft, his grandchildren Lisanne, Alex, and Ryan Foxcroft, plus many nieces and nephews. He is also predeceased by brothers Richard and Robert Foxcroft.

Born in London, ON to the late Robert and Mary (Jeffries) Foxcroft. Peter worked for Ex-Cello Corp and then General Motors Diesel Division until he retired. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and the family will remember him at a later celebration. Many, many thanks go out to the community village for their wonderful care.

Friends wishing to remember him with a memorable donation are asked to consider Salvation Army.

Laurene and family , our times at Rondeau have covered many decades. My deepest condolences to all of you. Peter was a very gentle man- always a smile on his bike or walking, quiet talks on our front deck and always willing to help on a project. He is deeply missed.

I willl miss you my friend. I have many fond memories when we worked to-gether at General Motors. we continued our friendship after retirement. Too bad it has ended so soon.

So sorry to hear about Peter. Many good conversations over the years in the backyard. We have missed him walking by. Our deepest sympathy.

Laurene, Craig, Brent -sorry to here about the passing of Uncle Pete. He was a Rondeau fixture for me and and of course part of many fun times in my childhood years. The comments support Pete exceptional mind to detail and precision. I will always remember the centreboard mover he designed for the lark sailboat which was unique and assisted in my sailing. Laureen and family so sorry for your loss of Peter, there is never a good time to lose somebody, keeping you in my prayers and stay strong, worked with peter for many of years and stayed friends after we retired.

To the Foxcroft family. Our deepest sympathies to you from my sister Linda DiLoreto Smits and myself, Marco DiLoreto. Your dad was always a kind person to great to talk to and we will never forget the indoor pool he built on Howland. So many great memories growing up there.

I'm so sorry to hear of your lose and want you to know, your in my thoughts. He is too young to leave, but life isn't always fair. I worked for Peter at General Motors and he was the best boss I ever had. He reorganized our department to be very efficient, well organized and he rewarded those who did good work for him. I will always remember him as a very smart man. May God continue to bless your family.
