You will be dearly missed Pastor Pat by the residents and staff of Copper Terrace. Always a kind, gentle soul who had time for anyone in need. Loved your smile and supportive presence. Your years of service were so appreciated.

I was lucky enough to have met Pat more then 30 years ago. He was a kind soul the cared about everyone he met. There are only a handful of people that you met in your life that standout in your memory for their compassion. You will be missed.

I met your Dad many years ago when I served communion to Roman Catholic residents at Copper Terrace in Chatham. We became good friends and shared many great talks and laughs on my visits. My sister Dorothy was a resident and became very fond of your Dad and looked forward to his visits.
my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
As per Pat's wishes, i have made a donation to the Heart and Stroke foundation.

My condolences to Pat Pickle's family, He was a devoted man of God, who always gave an inspiring word of love & wisdom in his sermons. Our loss is God's gain, a new home in Heaven for His children, granting the rest & peace when our serve is finished here in our temporal home. Rest in peace my friend, for as you will be surely missed, till we meet again.😇💘

Our sincere condolence to Pastor Pickle's family. He and I (Carol) worked many years together at Copper Terrance Nursing Home. He as a chaplain and I as a volunteer along beside him. We shared a great friendship and often chatted and sometimes used Sign Language as we both had severe hearing loss. I already miss him.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Rachel, Jennifer, Jeff, Family and Friends of the passing of your Dad, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Friend... Pat Pickle... Today as you say your final goodbyes here on earth, always remember, one day you will all be together again. But until that time, Rachel, Jennifer and Jeff... Both your Dad and Mom have left you quite the legacy... May you always feel them close to you and present in every area of your life; The love they had for you all; Remember all they taught you; And know one day you will all be together again for eternity.
I am so blessed our life paths crossed, and had the opportunity of getting to know your Dad and Mom on a more personal level through GTCC... I will always cherish those times.
One last thing, I surely would be there with you now for The Celebration of your Dad’s Life, but under the health circumstances that are surrounding us today, I am having to stay at home. My thoughts and prayers are with you all... God Bless You!

To the family And many friends
I WAS VERY SHOCKED AND SADDENED TO HEAR OF PASTOR PATS PASSING.
TODAY I PRAY THAT GOD WILL BE YOUR STRENTH AND COURAGE NOT ONLY TODAY BUT THE MANY DAYS AHEAD.
THE GREATEST HOPE IS WE SHALL.MEET AGAIN NEVER MORE TO PART.
MAY THIS POEM COMFORT EACH ONE OF YOU AND TODAY FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART I THANK GOD FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET PASTOR PAT AND MANY PRAYERS ARE BEING SENT ACROSS THE MiLES.
TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Dear love ones lift your spirits.
And take a peek up here.
One glimpse will sooth your sorrow.
For my new home will appear.
You will see the land of promise.
Which we all talked about.
Its beautiful and far greater.
Than we dreamed without a doubt.
I expected Golden pathways.
Mansions fair and gates of Pearl.
But this place exceeds the visions.
I had while in this world.
What a Thrilll to be here dancing.
In the midst of Heavens Throng.
See me dancing with the Angels.
Singing praise and worship songs.
Though you miss me I'm not distant.
I still have my sights on you.
I just crossed into forever.
Where I have a better view.
Keep good memories to console you
But let grief and mourning go.
Smile dear love ones.
Im in heaven living in God's glow.
PRAYING FOR GOMFORT .AND THANKING GOD.(WELL DONE FAITHFUL SERVANT)

Pastor Pat was so easy to talk to you sure could tell he loved the Lord. It took him along time to get over loosing his best friend Ruth Ann. I loved his preaching & some things he wrote on facebook he sure knew how to write i told him he could write books. He will be missed by so many people but just knowing he is in Heaven with his Lord & Saviour gives you comfort & peace.
