To Roy, Ivan, Garry & families: Your Mom was always my "second" Mom. Even though I am miles away my thoughts and love are with you all as you say a fond farewell to Evelyn. I have a very special place in my heart for her as I have many wonderful memories of growing up on the 3rd, with the Warriner family as my family's closest neighbours and good friends. I still have the card she sent me when I had my 3rd son, stating how wonderful it is to have 3 boys!! I am so grateful I got to visit with her a year ago when I was back home for a visit. On the times I did visit, even before last year, she always looked at me and said without a doubt...Ginny Terry!! Sending much love and many hugs to you all. You are in my thoughts as you lay your Mom to rest..a rest so well deserved. Love, Ginny

I was so very saddened to hear of Evie's passing. She and Ford were wonderful friends to my grandparents (Peg and Don Holdaway) for many years. I remember going to visit my grandparents in Florida for 3 weeks when I was 8 and Ev and Gord had a home in the same park, so I spent a lot of time with them. She was so sweet and had the most amazing and contagious laugh. She was so much fun and didn't take life too seriously. We were all better for knowing such a genuinely kind soul. May your memories of what a grand lady she was comfort you during this difficult time.

So sorry to hear of your loved ones passing, nothing can measure the memories stored in ones heart .....RIP♥

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family as you deal with the loss of a wonderful lady, Aunt Evelyn had a great laugh and sense of fun, I remember many family get togethers where she was just so much fun to be around and she made sure to include everyone, She is remembered with love.
