  • I would like to offer my condolences Lynn to you and your family.
  • Lynn, Denver, and Dylan,
Lots of fond memories to share of Dexter, as we go on with life. Always entertaining to listen to his recollections of the past. What a memory he had for this. To me, I felt more like a brother to Dex and Greg; age gap wasn't there. I'm sure most of you heard about his Purple 1948 JEEP CJ. What fun he had with that. And maybe about the Christmas Eve trips to Milton, NH in my tired old 1951 Ford. We brought presents to Aunt Jan and Uncle Herbs family. Snow storms didn't stop us; made it an adventure ! We got along very well. Some of you may remember, the Old Readers Digest had a section each month called " The Most Unforgettable Character" I have a mental list of candidates; Dex is on the list. Just a special guy. Would be quite the article if we could all pool the things we remember about him.
He will be in our hearts forever; thankful we had him.
Love, Uncle Errol and Aunt Katy

  • Lynn and family, Jan and I have only had the pleasure of being with you a couple of times while you were visiting in ME; but our history with Dexter dates back to the late 60’s! In 68-72 Dexter and I were practically inseparable. We both had Jeeps, lived in a tent for two summers in Wells beach ME, painted houses, so much enjoyed spending Christmas Eve, eating oyster stew...... Jan and I had the pleasure of reliving some of these memories during Dexter’s visit to Wells in the fall of 17, a time that I will cherish. He had my back and was a great friend. Our condolences to you and your family. Grieve now take comfort in the good times. Jan and Rich Briggs
  • For the family of Dexter, we share your sadness, sending you prayers to envelope you with strength and love.
Fond memories of our childhood, swimming, going to the beach with his jeep. He was always kind to me, made me feel good to be included.
