Who the hell is Davey Ding? Well, that is what my dear Aunt Linda called me. I had the good fortune to spend a lot of time with Auntie. We worked hard together in the pickle world for many wonderful years. The memories of that special time are flooding back as I write this. She and dear uncle were wonderful bosses and role models to young Davey. I look back and remember laughing every day in all 3 barns over the years. I was fortunate enough to continue in a career where I got to laugh every day (well...sometimes swear using words that dear uncle taught me). I admire the willpower that she had to quit smoking many years ago. That must have been very difficult, but my strong aunt pushed through it. I will always cherish my years spent with Aunt Linda and Uncle John. My condolences to the Kacho, Jake and Badger, whom I was fortunate enough to get to spend much time all those years ago. Long live the memories of my dear Aunt Linda. Davey Ding
