Betty Gardiner

Betty Jean Gardiner of Blenheim passed away surrounded by the love of her family on January 11, 2020.  Born May 8, 1948 to the late Glenn & Beulah (Jacques) Drewery, Betty was the proud mother of Mickey & Cheryl Gardiner, Jennifer & Rick Dulisch and Mike & Terry Gardiner.  She was equally proud to be the grandmother of Allan, Kristen & BJ, Kyle, Ryan, Alex, Abbie & Jesse, Rhys and great-grandmother of Lauren and Delilah.  Betty was anxiously awaiting the arrival of two more great grandchildren.

Betty was one of seven siblings and is survived by Ruth Anne & Eric Bennett, Ivan & Bonnie Drewery, Marie & Murry Sykes, Nancy & Bryan Keith, John & Lorrie Drewery and Neil Drewery.  She will be remembered for her love of animals and her dedication to her family.  Friends will remember Betty from her time working at the Blenheim Community Village.

A private family service, officiated by Rev. Wanda Burse was held at the Blenheim Community Funeral Home on Tuesday January 14, 2020.
