It is with profound sadness that the family of Betty Ann Howe announces her peaceful passing on Saturday December 3, 2022 at the age of 78 years.

Betty Ann will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 48 years, Bob; her children Mark (Vicki), Donald (Betty-Anne), Michael and her four legged son Benji, by her grandchildren Dennis, Wendy (Jared), and Paulie (Al), great grandchildren Joan, Bryce, Braydon, Grace and Crystal and her great-great grandchildren Amaya and Nevaeh.  Loving sister to Larry (Brenda).  Predeceased by her brothers Charlie (Thelma), David (Mary-Ann) and Bobby.  Loving sister-in-law to Diane (Bill), Mary-Lou (Henry) and Larry.  She was an aunt to many nieces and nephews and a dear friend to Suzanne Howe.

Family always came first.  When everyone was together you would find Betty Ann in the kitchen cooking.  Regardless of where she went, she would always find her way to the kitchen and be in her element.  She loved her time as a Nursery Teacher and Primary Teacher at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

The family will receive visitors on Friday December 9th at the Blenheim Community Funeral Home from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday December 10th at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 23 Detroit Street, Chatham Ontario.

The family wishes to send a special thankyou to the staff at the Windsor Metropolitan Hospital for their care and compassion.

Very sorry for the loss of your dear mother. It is never easy to lose a parent. God bless you all in your time of grief and know that your mom will watch over you forever.

You will always be remembered, your love will always be a part of our souls.

So sorry for the family's loss of their mom/grandma. May your memories make you smile and feel her presence in times to come.

I am very saddened to hear of Betty passing. She would walk by my house daily as she was out walking her dog. She would always stop and talk with me when I was out. She would always ask where my dog Rocky was and if Rocky was out she always wanted to pet him. she always ask how my family was especially my grandson. She would always tell me what was going on in the neighborhood and she always told me she was also watching my house and I needed to turn more lights on at night.. I guess she was like another mother to me! I will truly miss my daily chats with her. My sincere Condolences to the family. She was a great person. Rest easy my friend.

Sorry to hear of Bettys passing condolences to all the family.

I knew you all my life. You’ve always been there for everybody and you work so hard to give your love and support. May you rest with the angels now and well in heaven I give everybody that went ahead of you a hug and will all be together soon.
