Shirley Louise Smith passed away peacefully at Streamway Villa, Cobourg on Friday July 26, 2024 in her 94th year.  She was a loving aunt and great aunt.  She was predeceased by her parents Vernon and Mary Smith as well as her brother Clare Smith.  A graveside service for Shirley, her brother Clare and her sister in law Elva will be held in Evergreen Cemetery on Tuesday July 30, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.

Condolences

We are so sorry to hear of Shirley's passing. My brother, Jim, and I have many fond memories visiting Shirley in Ingersol with our parent's, (Bev and Marie Steel) when we were young. As the years passed, our dad always enjoyed recieving the birthday cards she always remembered to send him without fail. She was truly a lovely lady. We wish it could have been possible for both of us to attend the memorial service for three of them and mingle with family but timing, distance and health issues did not allow for that.
