My sincere condolences to the whole family. Mike was a kind man and a good friend.

Murray and family, I am so sorry to hear of your family's loss. <3

Sincere condolences to whole Knott family. Rest in Peace Mike

I've only recently become aware of Mike's passing and I'd like to extend my sympathies to the Knott family. It's been a lot of years since we were in school but Mike was a good friend and someone with athletic abilities that I always admired (except for gymnastics!). Spent lots of time playing either street hockey or euchre during our lunches and he kicked my butt at both of them. Mike was always a good guy and a straight shooter...I will always have fond memories of him.

Sorry for your loss. I knew Mike back at Siemens and had several laughs over the years. Didn't see him since December 1990. Hope he had a good life after thàt time. He made me laugh alot at work.

Sorry to hear of your loss Murray and family. Michelle and I lived across the street from you on Hall St. S. I hadn't known of Helen's passing and sorry to hear of your loss there too.

So sorry for your loss. Keeping the entire Knott family in our thoughts, prayers and hearts. A simple hello was never enough for Mike. He always took the time to chat and reminisce, especially about umping Danielle and Jamie's baseball teams. RIP Mike - you will be missed.

So very sorry for your loss of Michael, I worked with Helen at SJH. Of course the children were all little then and she was so very proud of her family. He stopped one time at my yard sale and we had a lovely reunion of old times. Rest in Peace Mike

Murray, Jolynne, Janet and families. I'm so sorry that you've lost Mike. His passing was far too soon. I met Mike, sadly, through my work at Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario. We've missed his presence here at the office as he occasionally stopped by for a decaf coffee. Always a wonderful gentleman. Parkinson's is an overwhelmingly challenging disease but Mike didn't back down. Finally he's free. May God Bless you all and give you comfort.

To Mike’s family for the whole time I have played over 30 years in the maple city slo pitch league and until the last couple years Mike was always there. I have missed seeing him around. He was a great man. To the family it will not get easier but you will learn to live life with that piece of you missing

I worked with Mike at Siemens and was currently his neighbour in Dealtown. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this very sad time.

Mike Knott was a kind, thoughtful and caring man. Always thinking of others and remembering what it was they liked so he could do a kindness for them. The Parkinson's disease never stopped him from his activities and enjoying life. I will always remember Mike and his love for Janet. God bless him and may he rest in peace.

So sorry for your loss ... keeping your entire family in our Thoughts & Prayers during this very difficult time.Just remember to hold all of your precious memories near in your heart and always remember he is watching down over you.God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, nor sun without rain but he did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears and light for the way. Take Care, Todd, Lesa (Rumble) Natasha & Kyle

So very sorry about your loss.

Our condolences to all of Mike's family. Mike was a true community spirit and it showed in his friendliness to others and in his involvement & passion with local sports. He will be missed by many. Kim & Ed Wammes

From his days playing hockey for the Blades and Morpeth, to his umpiring and reffing ball and hockey, to his organizing of the “Grandaddy” slopitch tournaments, Mike’s influence on sport in South Kent was felt by so many.
