I've only recently become aware of Mike's passing and I'd like to extend my sympathies to the Knott family. It's been a lot of years since we were in school but Mike was a good friend and someone with athletic abilities that I always admired (except for gymnastics!). Spent lots of time playing either street hockey or euchre during our lunches and he kicked my butt at both of them. Mike was always a good guy and a straight shooter...I will always have fond memories of him.

Murray, Jolynne, Janet and families. I'm so sorry that you've lost Mike. His passing was far too soon. I met Mike, sadly, through my work at Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario. We've missed his presence here at the office as he occasionally stopped by for a decaf coffee. Always a wonderful gentleman. Parkinson's is an overwhelmingly challenging disease but Mike didn't back down. Finally he's free. May God Bless you all and give you comfort.

To Mike’s family for the whole time I have played over 30 years in the maple city slo pitch league and until the last couple years Mike was always there. I have missed seeing him around. Mike Knott was a kind, thoughtful and caring man. Always thinking of others and remembering what it was they liked so he could do a kindness for them.
