It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Helen Hunter. Born in Glasgow, Scotland 93 years ago, Helen was the beloved wife of Robert Hunter (1988). She is survived by her two sons Allan of British Columbia and Ian of Blenheim. She has 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Helen came to Canada with her family in 1966 and worked at Walkers, Eatons and Zellers. At her request there will be no visitation and cremation will take place. A private family service will take place. Many thanks are extended to the staff of the Blenheim Community Village for the care and compassion shown toward Helen in the years she called the Village home.

Condolences

Dear Ian & family We send our true condolences at the loss of your Mom and Grandmother. Ken, Judi & family

Bob & I met your Mother at the Blenheim Village. Always having chats with her ended up in some good all around laughs and great stories. She was such a sweetheart, we will miss seeing her when we visit the Village. It is not easy to lose a parent, but hopefully you will find peace and comfort knowing she is ever so gently resting in the arms of her Lord. Prayers and smypathy to all of the families.
